We collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, shop address and map location, menu and subscription details to run your store on Delivery Buddy.
Your customers' name, phone, detected delivery location and order details are sent to your WhatsApp number so you can deliver. You must use those details only to fulfil the order, never sell or share them, and delete them when no longer needed.
Food quality, hygiene, pricing, delivery and refunds are your responsibility. Data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers; you can request access, correction or deletion at any time.
